Rules:
1. Maximum of 2 participants per team is allowed.
2.Intercollege teams are allowed. 
3.Totally two rounds.
4. Prelims: technical test.
5. Finals: Both practical and theoretical solving of circuits.
6. Participants should bring their own scientific calculators and tester.
7. Judges' decision are final.
